We're so excited to introduce our son and newest Team Member Patrick Warren! Patrick recently graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and Marketing, so he brings another level of marketing power to help us sell your home quickly and efficiently. Patrick has a tremendous level of commitment to his clients and a professional work ethic to help serve your real estate needs.

Patrick was born in Vail, Colorado and moved with his family to Lakewood Ranch when he was 3 years old. He's always been a hard worker and committed to his education and athletics, having competed in golf and lacrosse as a high school student and eventually landing a lacrosse scholarship at Rhodes College. He ultimately transferred to the University of Florida to pursue a marketing degree. He currently works on new client development and marketing as well as listing and selling homes in this amazing market. Patrick and brings the highest degree of professionalism to the Warren Group, combined with tenacity, client commitment and tremendous expertise in our local markets.
